What is MiLink?

MiLink is a high-speed broadband provider that is delivered by Milan Public Utilities Authority. MPUA launched MiLink in 2019 to provide reliable internet to members of the utility and have been working to expand this service to all members.

When will I get broadband?

Construction has been in progress since 2019. Our plan is to provide broadband service to all MPUA members. You can check your availability here.

What are the prices and packages for services?

We offer three packages with different speeds to choose from- 300 Mbps, 600 Mbps, and 1 Gig. You can see a full breakdown of our packages here.

Is there a data cap on my service?

No, there is no data cap on service, and we do not throttle service.

How long does installation take?

We give our fiber technicians a two-hour window to complete installation. Time is subject to change depending on different factors.

Do I sign a contract?

Yes, we offer a 12-month contract.

Can customers use their own equipment such as routers or modems?

Subscribers may utilize their own equipment, but MiLink will not be able to offer technical support for customer owned equipment.

When and where do I pay my bill?

When your broadband service is installed, you will be emailed your first invoice. You can pay your bill by email, or you can go directly to our customer portal and pay there. You can also set up AutoPay and not have to worry about late payments and disconnects. You can find our customer portal here.

What happens if the equipment is damaged?

Any physical damage will be charged to the subscriber. If the equipment is malfunctioning, MiLink will replace the equipment at no charge.
